• Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Maintain cleanliness of the designated cleaning area and carry out work at appropriate times.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises following Health and Safety requirements.
• Work successfully within a team and under personal initiative.
• Deliver excellent customer service and continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined personality.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
