Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Manager, working for a high street property management company based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham

The Property Manager role:

Duties include but are not limited to:

Managing relationships with tenants
Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
Manage portfolio of c. 60 residential properties
Arrange re-furbs and renovations
The successful individual will have:

Ideally 12 months experience within this field/ similar role
Good IT skills (Excel)
Ability to create a social media presence
MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
