A great opportunity is now available for a General Manager to lead golf businesses in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. This is a successful and multifaceted golf venue with good development plans in the near future, so this is an exciting time to join my client who offers proven career development paths.

• To be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of the golf clubs
• To ensure that financial targets are achieved
• To be responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance of centre and equipment
• Ensure all staff are displaying, complying and championing the company’s brand values both internally and externally
• Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers visiting the Clubs.
• Respond to customer complaints or inquiries.

I am searching for a manager with experience in a multi-faceted leisure facility who may have worked within golf. A Club or General Manager with proven experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading a team towards commercial goals.

The successful candidate should hold recognised qualifications in leisure and/or golf and be confident in performance reporting and forecasting.
