Home Manager Nursing Home Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield area Up to £70,000 per annum  competitive bonus Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager or senior care leader looking for an opportunity to lead real, positive change? We are recruiting for a compassionate, commercially aware and values-led Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing home in the Birmingham / Sutton Coldfield area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-run care provider that puts culture, relationships and quality of care at the heart of everything it does. The home has a strong, clinically experienced Deputy Manager who has recently joined and is already making excellent progress. We now need an inspiring Home Manager to lead the wider improvement plan, support the team and ensure outstanding standards are embedded across the service.

The Role Home Manager As the Registered Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, delivering safe, person-centred care and ensuring the service meets all relevant CQC, safeguarding and compliance standards. Key priorities will include:
Leading improvements in clinical care standards and resident outcomes Strengthening quality assurance, audits, care planning and documentation Ensuring all safeguarding concerns are managed, escalated and followed up appropriately Improving communication and building strong relationships with residents families Supporting, coaching and developing the Deputy Manager and wider care team Driving a positive, accountable and values-led culture Maintaining high standards of occupancy, reputation and day-to-day operational performance Ensuring the home is consistently prepared for CQC inspection and regulatory requirements About You To be successful in this Home Manager role, you will be an experienced care leader with a strong understanding of residential and nursing home operations.

You will ideally have:
Experience as a Home Manager, Registered Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up A proven record of improving quality, compliance, clinical standards or CQC outcomes Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, care planning and governance Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to engage, develop and motivate a team A warm, visible and approachable management style A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred elderly care A clinical qualification or nursing background would be advantageous, but is not essential Salary & Benefits Up to £70,000 per annum Competitive performance-related bonus Opportunity to lead a meaningful service improvement journey Supportive senior leadership team and strong Deputy Manager Family-run care provider with an excellent people-first culture Ongoing training, development and career progression If you are a passionate Home Manager who wants to lead a caring, supportive team and make a genuine difference to residents and their families, apply today for a confidential discussion.
