, you willtake full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day-to-day operation of the Golf Academy, ensuring outstanding service standards, commercial success, and an exceptional experience for members, guests, and visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading all Golf Academy operations, including coaching, customfitting, retail, driving range, equipment hire, club repairs, and corporate golf activities.
• Managing academy income and expenditure, driving revenue growth,and delivering agreed sales and profit targets.
• Reviewing academy performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing commercial strategies to maximise profitability.
• Supporting membership and corporate golf sales through referrals,relationship building, and proactive upselling.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of golf business plans, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a talented team within the Academy, Retail, and Teaching functions.
• Creating a high-performance culture focused on customer service excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
