This company are a specialist manufacturer of innovative engineering solutions for the agricultural industry. They are leaders in their field, and part of a global group, due to continued success they are looking to expand their friendly team.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery across a range of platforms. You will receive initial training from the tight-knit team of 3 others, and then be responsible for running two machines to directly impact product quality and production efficiency.

This role would suit a CNC Programmer or similar looking to join a leading company offering a good work life balance and opportunities for progression if so desired.

The Role:

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines
• Select tools, set up fixtures, and optimize cutting parameters
• Interpret 2D engineering drawings and CAD data
• Monday - Friday days based, early finish  on Friday

The Person:

• CNC experience
• Programmer or looking for training on programming
• Commutable to Sutton Coldfield
