We are looking for a CNC Setter/Operator for a local, days‑based role offering a good work‑life balance in a stable, well‑established company. The role includes specialist programming training and opportunities for overtime.

The company manufactures specialist products for the agricultural industry and has experienced continual growth through innovative engineering solutions. We are expanding our team to meet demand.

In this role you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery across a range of platforms. Your work will directly impact product quality and production efficiency.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines.
• Select tools, set up fixtures, and optimise cutting parameters.
• Interpret 2D engineering drawings and CAD data.
• Receive training on CNC Programming.
• Work Monday‑Friday, finishing  on Fridays.

• CNC Operator/Setter with experience in milling and turning.
• Looking for a days‑based role.
• Commutable to Sutton Coldfield.
• Familiar with Fanuc, Mazak, and other CNC platforms.
