Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have experience working within the automotive manufacturing industry, in a supervisor/team leader position.
Job Details- Permanent
- Salary dependent on experience
- Work schedule:
Monday to Thursday 5:35am - 13:45pm, Friday 6:25am - 13:45pm - Location:
Minworth
- Improve production efficiency by reducing downtime and waste
- Maintain high quality standards through SOP compliance, operator training, and quality monitoring.
- Lead and engage the team through daily shift briefings, performance management and employee support.
- Drive improvements by reducing inefficiencies and maintaining 5S housekeeping standards.
- Previously worked in a Production Supervisor role or similar within the automotive industry
- Experience managing a team, including performance management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- Life assurance x3 salary
- Company pension, 4.5% employer contribution
- On site restaurant
