Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for the North unplanned team. The role is 27 hours per week, part-time, covering weekends and bank holidays with a mobile community service based in the North Birmingham area.
The post requires a full driving licence and car available for work. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver prompt nursing care in patients’ homes and across multiple sites in Birmingham.
