• Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
• Working hours:
  
  37.5 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm Mon to Weds, 4:30pm finish on Thursday and a 12:00pm finish on Friday’s)
• Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

An experienced CMM Programmer is required to join the company’s Inspection Laboratory, supporting a growing engineering organisation with ambitious long‑term plans. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that components, sub‑assemblies and completed products meet defined quality standards before progressing through production and into the hands of customers. • Proven experience as a CMM Programmer (Mitutoyo, MCOSMOS experience desired, but any other proven CMM Programming experience will be considered)
• Previous experience in an inspection or quality‑related role (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical, well‑organised approach to work

• Inspecting incoming components and sub‑assemblies within the goods inwards function
• Carrying out physical audits of fully assembled kit prior to customer shipment
• Inspecting individual parts and assemblies in line with engineering drawings
• Performing First Article Inspections (FAI) to meet quality and compliance requirements
• Accurately completing inspection records and associated documentation
• Carrying out all inspection activities on‑site within the company’s facilities
