The Belfry is seeking a Resort Head Chef to oversee culinary operations across all kitchens and outlets, reporting to the Executive Head Chef. You will lead a team of Outlet Head Chefs, set culinary standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple dining concepts.
With responsibility for menus, innovation, cost control, and compliance, you will shape the resort's food offering while driving profitability and performance in a dynamic, award-winning setting.
