FLT REACH TRUCK DRIVER - WAREHOUSE - MINWORTH, WEST MIDLANDS

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver - Warehouse to join our well-established client based in Minworth, West Midlands.

Immediate starts available. Ongoing Monday to Friday work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to join a growing warehouse operation with long-term opportunities.

This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, Reach Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative, FLT Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Reach Truck Operator or Warehouse FLT Operative.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:30

Rates of Pay:

• £13.06 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an FLT Reach Truck Driver your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving and operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Carrying out pre-use equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets in racking locations
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpacking and storing stock correctly within the warehouse
• Organising stock ready for deliveries
• Moving goods around the warehouse as required
• Operating warehouse racking up to 14 metres high
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver you will need:

• A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck
• Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong spatial awareness
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills
• A reliable and self-motivated approach
• A flexible attitude and willingness to support different warehouse tasks
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment

Training Provided:

• Full training provided
• Assessment required prior to starting
