Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is entering an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the warehouse operation and support the launch of a major new production project.

Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site
Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems to support a new high-volume production operation
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction
Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse
Manage customer-facing logistics, including regular communication with key customers

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar senior warehouse leadership position
Experience managing a high-volume warehouse operation
Experience using ERP/MRP systems
