Warehouse Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing business
, is entering an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the warehouse operation and support the launch of a major new production project.

• Take full ownership of inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the site
• Set up and implement warehouse layouts, processes and systems to support a new high-volume production operation
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, space utilisation, team performance, cost reduction and waste reduction
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, 5S, compliance and process discipline across the warehouse
• Manage customer-facing logistics, including regular communication with key customers

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar senior warehouse leadership position
• Experience managing a high-volume warehouse operation
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems
