Admin Support

The closing date is 19 March 2026

The EPR Admin Support role provides day-to-day administrative support for the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme.

The post-holder will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. They will help support the diary and email management for across the programme and ensure communications and queries escalated to the PMO (Programme Management Office) team as required.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy support environment.

Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.

Main duties of the job

The role provides comprehensive programme and project support, including organising meetings, managing communications, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting through data validation, reconciliation, and routine quality checks.

It acts as a first-line response for EPR queries, supports benefits tracking, and helps maintain accurate risk and issue logs, escalating concerns when needed. The position also contributes to financial processes such as raising requisitions and updating trackers, while supporting stakeholder communications through briefings and professional engagement.

Additionally, it promotes continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and assisting with retrospectives and lessons-learned activities.
