The Role

Work closely with the Team Leader while developing expertise across sales, administration, and customer service. Join a highly successful FTSE
100 company leading equipment rental provision in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries.
  • Resolve escalated issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Support desk requirements, switching seamlessly between administration, sales, and customer service tasks.
  • Work closely with the team leader, providing day‑to‑day support and contributing to project‑based activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
