Location: Huthwaite
Gleeson is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead an on-site construction team for high-volume housing developments. You will manage staff and subcontractors, coordinate with external partners and collaborate with the on-site Sales team to deliver homes on time and to Gleeson Homes standards.
The role requires a strong background in site programmes, health and safety, and customer-focused delivery. A valid UK driving licence and experience with NHBC and building regulations are essential.
