Location: Sutton in Ashfield
Senior Salmon are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established vehicle accident repair centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building positive relationships with customers.
As the first point of contact for policyholders and insurance companies, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and reassuring service throughout the repair process. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, providing regular updates and working closely with internal teams to ensure repairs progress smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls from insurance companies and policyholders.
Making outbound calls to provide updates and gather information.
Keeping customers informed throughout the vehicle repair process.
Liaising with management and workshop teams to ensure excellent customer service is maintained.
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Building confidence and trust with customers while their vehicle is being repaired.
Recording customer feedback and escalating issues where required.
Supporting the wider team with additional administrative and customer service duties.
The Ideal Candidate :
Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential.
Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Competent IT skills and experience updating internal systems.

Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends.
