Overview
Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the NG17 area to recruit a dedicated Primary Teacher for a full-time position starting in September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed educator to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and achievement
• Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to support attainment and development
• Differentiate learning activities to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil outcomes
• Contribute to wider school life, including school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities
• Attend staff meetings, CPD sessions, and parents' evenings as required
The Ideal Candidate :
• Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching experience in a UK primary setting
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices
• Is passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners
• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Demonstrates a collaborative approach and commitment to whole-school improvement
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
