Developing Employability and life skills is a key element of our adult and community learning opportunities at ATTFE College. This role will deliver a range of curriculum which aim to support individuals aged 19+ years to build their confidence, feel more connected to their community with a goal of supporting individuals to progress to employment. The role will work with those furthest away from the labour market as well as supporting individuals who are in work to progress through training and learning.
