• Ensure the company meets and adheres to its Electrical technical standards
• Act as technical leader for electrical engineering projects responsible for inter-disciplinary coordination of design activities, quality assurance of engineering and design deliverables, coordination with procurement, construction, project controls and client personnel.
• Manage a team of electrical site technicians, LV and HV
• Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI’s, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the business
• Any other duties assigned in line with the scope and seniority of the role
• To understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Maintain companies’ electrical procedures, policies, and accreditations
• Comply with company Health and Safety policies, procedures, and codes of practice
• Demonstrate and uphold Company values

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing electrical projects/site works
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Good communication skills verbally and in writing
• Good negotiating and influencing skills to command professional respect at all levels.
• Experienced in team management
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience of working on water utility assets
• Experience on HV systems
• Experience of PPM maintenance activities
