Accounts Payable Assistant

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a growing and well-established business who are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and busy finance function.

The Role Processing a high volume of purchase invoices Matching, batching and coding invoices Preparing and assisting with payment runs Supplier statement reconciliations Dealing with supplier queries Processing expenses and credit notes Assisting with month-end processes General transactional finance and administration About You Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confident dealing with suppliers and internal teams Comfortable working with Excel and finance systems Reliable, proactive and keen to learn AAT study or qualification would be beneficial but is not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business with genuine opportunities to progress within finance.
