Quality Matron – South Region

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior nurse to join our quality matron team. With a strong focus on training, education, safety and excellence you will work alongside an Area manager to provide senior nursing resource for a designated geographical area.

In a modern, well‑equipped environment with a multi‑disciplinary approach to care, you will champion best practice, perform staff training, support regulatory requirements, audits and infection prevention and control.

We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse with solid post‑registration experience, significant exposure to haemodialysis, outstanding administrative, organisational and clinical skills, and experience of managing others, training, education and understanding the role of regulators.

This is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours a week with travel included. Post will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
