Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for Pathways care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will support adults with complex care needs, delivering compassionate, person-centred care and helping them live their best lives.
The role offers 12-hour shift options (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am) on full- or part-time contracts. We value caring, cheerful individuals and provide induction, ongoing training and development opportunities.
