Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff. Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives. Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met. Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead role will be:
