Warehouse Cleaner

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners for temp to perm roles at a large distribution centre based in Sutton-In-Ashfield

• Clean warehouse floors using sweepers, scrubber machines, and manual cleaning equipment.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste according to site procedures.
• Clean staff facilities including canteens, break rooms, toilets, locker rooms, and offices.
• Ensure walkways, workstations, and loading areas remain clean and free from hazards.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables.
• Report maintenance issues, spillages, hazards, or damaged equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Support deep-cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records where required.

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety instructions.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a shift.

• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers.
• Understanding of COSHH regulations.

• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Day, night, or rotating shifts may be required.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working 7am-7pm on a 4 on 4 off shift system

£12.94 per hour
