• This is a 1-month contract position at School, offering a pay rate of £15.37 per hour through an umbrella company. The role requires 10 hours of work per week and involves delivering top‑notch cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. An Enhanced DBS check, barred with children, is mandatory for this position.

• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and related facilities.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the school.
• Vacuum carpets and floors in classrooms, corridors, offices, and shared spaces.
• Mop hard floors and promptly address any spillages.
• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Report maintenance or health and safety issues to the relevant personnel.

• Previous cleaning experience in a school, office, commercial, or public sector setting is preferred.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection control practices.
• No formal qualifications are required.
• An Enhanced DBS check, barred with children, is essential.
