Due to continued growth and success, we currently have opportunities across our manufacturing sites to work as part of a dependable team, contributing to the production of crafted upholstered furniture to the correct specification and quality standards, in a variety of production roles.
The position plays a key role in our best‑in‑class products and is perfect for anyone who wants a varied and rewarding opportunity, in a physically active role in a fast‑paced environment.
Throughout your time, you will be supported with on‑the‑job training and development opportunities to further your career.
ResponsibilitiesCarrying out a wide range of duties involved in the manufacturing of crafted upholstered furniture from the receipt of raw materials to the despatch of the finished product.
Ensuring high quality standards in all that you do, working across various departments which include but are not limited to goods in, issuing work, inspection, cushion filling, packaging and despatch.
Maintaining and promoting safe working standards with an absolute commitment to your own and others' safety.
Requirements- Desire to work in a fast‑paced furniture manufacturing site and develop your skills.
- Take pride in what you do and possess a ‘right first time’ mentality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work across several areas within the manufacturing units.
- Prepared to do a variety of tasks to meet production performance requirements.
- Embrace diverse operational tasks and show flexibility to use your skills to support business needs.
