SALARY: £18.35 per hour plus benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Foiling Team Leader to join our thriving uPVC Foiling Team based at our busy Production site in Sutton in Ashfield. This is a full-time, permanent contract to work in our large, airy, open plan Foiling facility just off the A38, within easy reach of Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Mansfield, Alfreton, and the wider area via the M1 or A38.

Our Foiling teams manage our uPVC production by wrapping our uPVC window profiles in a range of colours and woodgrain effects.

WHAT OUR FOILING

TEAM LEADER 'S DO:

Support production management to implement improvement plans
Ensure key safety activities such as risk assessments, safe working practice etc are carried out, issues raised are understood/adhered to
Responsible for communicating, role modelling, highlighting and implementing quality standards and performance improvements to add value to the customer and business
Help develop a motivated team in a constructive manner
Responsible for team compliance to company policy and procedures ensuring controls are in place

TEAM LEADER S:  

Excellent people skills
Practical problem-solving skills
Strong production process knowledge/experience

Good analytical skills
IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel) including SAP

Experience with performance accountability
Knowledge of best practice production systems thinking and implementation
Experience in a process environment
