We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer‑focused Sales Adviser to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on canvassing and prospecting to generate new business opportunities. It is perfectly suited to someone who thrives in a sales‑driven environment and enjoys building relationships. You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence, securing new clients, and representing our Estate Agency brand within the local community.
- £25,000 basic salary
- Complete on‑target earnings of £42,000 per year
- Additional commission scheme

- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

- An exciting second week at the L&D Centre within your first five‑to‑six weeks of employment
- Ensuring that your daily/weekly/monthly business targets are always met
- Custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation within branch operations
- Proactively communicate with all Valuation opportunities in ROSIE through high levels of outbound call volumes
- Ensure all call‑out campaigns targeted at properties for sale are fulfilled and ROSIE operating standards maintained
- Attend morning meetings prepared with updates on the week's valuation pipeline
- Lead as the Canvassing Champion and implement a structured door‑knocking and zonal canvassing strategy, tracking new listings and opportunities to generate leads, ensuring ROSIE is used appropriately
- Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with line manager to identify coaching and business development opportunities
- Ensure all portal opportunities via Rightmove Opportunity Manager and On The Market Valuation Manager are effectively managed
- Manage and respond to intranet leads daily
- Use ROSIE to communicate with Local Owner to Sell (LOTS) customers frequently, looking to close Valuation opportunities
- Generate referral business through first‑class customer engagement
- Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities, including social media, door‑knocking, telephone prospecting, leaflet distribution, and build personal brand through frequent social media and video usage
- Take inbound calls ensuring applicant registration is fulfilled in line with training and identifying opportunities for Valuations, viewings and Financial Services
