Overview
Our client is a $35M, 2nd-generation, family-owned furniture manufacturer that is positioned for a serious growth push in the next 5 years. They have just hired a VP of Marketing, and this is the first hire of the team. They are looking for a product engineer to be part of a complete rebrand and work cross-functionally with everyone from engineering to sales to marketing to executive leadership.
This is an opportunity to gain a wide range of experience in the business at large, as it’s an entrepreneurial environment with immediate room for impact. Compensation will land in the high-five to low 6-figure range in salary.
- Product development and design
- Prototype, test, and offer manufacturing support
- Manage projects and quality compliance
- 2+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing engineering
- Experience in 3D CAD modeling (Solid Works, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
