Source International is known for on trend design with aesthetics and quality typically associated with significantly higher priced products has produced an ever-growing clientele.

As Glue Associate you will be responsible for a range of activities, including installation of foam and fabrics by utilizing hand tools such as spray guns, cutters and pliers.

• Use hand tools to apply and install foam and cut fabric to wooden and poly shells
• Repair and refurbish products and support materials
• Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly manner
• Work with other departments to perform measurements and fittings of product to determine appropriate size of foam, frame and fabric
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to use all related tools and equipment effectively and safely
• Ability to work cooperatively with members of other teams to meet goals
• Must be available to work overtime if required

• Mobility necessary to perform a variety of tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and twisting, possibly reaching chest high and overhead for materials
• Ability to lift/move/pull 10-50lbs occasionally throughout day
• Ability to hear adequately on the phone or in person and group settings
• Vision:
  Required to have close visual acuity, color vision and depth perception
• Use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate standard tools and equipment
• Able to stand and or walk (90% of the day) and consistently reach, bend, and move inside the facility to move products.
