Adult Ministries Pastor​/Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through Engage and Dream Team Orientation, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and join the team.
• Oversee the development, execution, and engagement of small groups for the purposes of community, care, and discipleship.
• Work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to raise up and equip small group leaders; develop the small group direction and offering for each small group season; vet small group curriculum as needed; coordinate launch efforts for each small group season.
• Work directly with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
• Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
• Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience building and leading teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Pastor or Director role.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
