Tempest Resourcing are seeking an EYFS Teacher

Are you a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children with complex needs? A welcoming and well-resourced SEND school in Sutton is seeking a committed Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join their dedicated team.

About the School

This specialist provision supports pupils aged 3-11 with a wide range of complex needs, including:

Autism (ASC)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Communication and sensory needs

The Role

As the EYFS Teacher, you will:

Lead a small, well-supported EYFS class
Plan and deliver creative, sensory-based lessons tailored to individual learning plans
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and parents
Use communication strategies such as PECs & Makaton (training available)
Foster a nurturing, structured, and inclusive atmosphere where all children can thrive

What We're Looking For

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or EYTS
Experience in EYFS (mainstream or SEND)
A patient, adaptable approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
Knowledge of SEND strategies (desirable but training can be provided)
