Commercial Gas Engineer

About:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Mobile Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client’s team in Sutton, who would be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, testing, corrective works, and minor installations across a range of commercial buildings, plant and site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a variety of general maintenance, reactive services, and corrective works on buildings, plant, and site equipment.

* Perform testing and inspection of mechanical systems in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

* Ensure all plant and systems are maintained and operated for maximum efficiency, availability, and reliability.

* Conduct remedial and refurbishment works following breakdowns or maintenance inspections.

* Complete mechanical maintenance tasks and corrective works in line with maintenance instructions.

* Perform minor new works installations, including commissioning and testing.

* Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and site personnel.

Requirements:

* BMP1 – Boosters (low pressure)

* CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety

* CDGA1 – Commercial Direct Fired Heating Appliances

* CIGA1 – Commercial Indirect Fired Heating Appliances

* CODNCO1 – Domestic to Commercial Changeover (Natural Gas)

* CORT1 – Commercial Radiant Tube & Overhead Heaters (desirable but not essential)

* CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis

* ICPN1 – Installation of Commercial Pipework

* TPCP1A – Testing & Purging of Low-Pressure Commercial Pipework

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* CSCS
