Need Senior & Staff Accountant - Manufacturing (Onsite)

We are searching for a detail-oriented, analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our Accounting Manager, in this role you will assist with preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, account reconciliations, audit, and other financial reports.

• Perform general accounting and other related duties for the organization.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close the monthly books.
• Reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks.
• Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform the annual audit.
• Coordinate with the software vendor to maintain accounting software systems and recommend updates to enhance the accounting software.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Proficient in MS Excel with experience in financial ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Business Intelligence).
• Prior experience in consolidation, multicurrency reporting, fixed assets, sales/used tax, and intercompany processes is a plus.

Base salary 70k-80k plus bonus and excellent benefits.
