Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Lawrenceville, GA. The Director of Sales will lead the sales department, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and actively manage client relationships and partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities include:

analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies for customer satisfaction and company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development expertise
  • Proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Partnership Building
  • Strong skillset in Leadership, Team Development, and Mentoring sales teams
  • Understanding of Market Analysis and the ability to create data‑driven strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the property management or legal industries is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
