Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a bold commercial strategy aligned with long‑term business goals

- Collaborate with the President and executive team to shape regional and national initiatives
- Sales & Business Development
- Lead high‑performing sales teams to exceed volume, revenue, and margin targets
- Build trusted relationships with key customers, civic leaders, and industry partners
- Champion business development efforts and expansion into new markets
- Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness
- Partner with finance and operations to ensure cost‑to‑serve discipline and margin optimization
- Marketing & Branding
- Elevate brand visibility through innovative marketing and customer engagement
- Drive digital transformation and data‑driven marketing initiatives
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a world‑class commercial team

- Cross‑Functional Collaboration

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within Construction Materials or Aggregates
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and team development
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and leading large teams.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
