  • Cross-collaborate internal functions for planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure precision in projections and accountability of revenue commitments.
  • Manage Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) strategy, optimizing Salesforce architecture, dashboards, reporting, and pipeline accuracy to ensure alignment and performance across all go-to-market teams.
  • Align resources, budgets, and priorities to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Create compelling client case studies and thought leadership content that highlight forecasting expertise and delivering actionable business insights.
  • Own key revenue KPIs, including ARR, MRR, retention, and churn, to drive sustainable growth and performance.
  • Develop strategies to maximize retention, prevent churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Guide a high-performing sales and client services team through pipeline management and deal execution with clear quarterly scorecards.
  • Oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion.
  • Lead and negotiate all renewal sales cycles and complex contract agreements, including redlining and managing legal and business risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and measurable client value.
  • Build partner programs that drive referrals, co-marketing, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Design scalable sales processes that align with the buyer journey and accelerate conversions.
  • Develop systems, playbooks, and enablement content to track and improve client success outcomes while enhancing sales execution and client engagement.
  • Champion cultural transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Logicpath at industry events, forums, and partner networks.
