Mission Roofing Company is seeking a Roofing Project Manager to coordinate materials, crews, and build-day logistics while helping deliver a smooth experience for homeowners.

The confirmed project-management rate is $250 per project. The company currently reports approximately three to four projects per week, representing about $750-$1,000 in weekly project-management fees when that volume is available. Project volume and earnings are not guaranteed. This opportunity is suited to someone with roofing experience, strong material knowledge, and their own truck who wants to contribute to a growing local company.

Mission Roofing Company is a growing, faith-driven roofing business serving the Atlanta area. Its leadership brings experience in roofing, insurance, and property damage work, with a focus on integrity, workmanship, service, and accountability. You will help roofing installations move forward by ordering materials, coordinating crews, organizing job logistics, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Your knowledge of roofing materials and measurements will be essential to getting the right supplies to each build. This is an on-site role requiring travel between roofing projects and suppliers. You must provide your own truck to transport equipment and materials.

Most projects are local to the Atlanta area, although some travel may extend approximately two hours from Atlanta.

• Read project measurements and determine the roofing materials needed for each build.
• Order materials and coordinate availability for scheduled installation days.
• Schedule roofing crews and communicate project needs clearly.
• Coordinate job logistics, including dumpster delivery and pickup.
• Keep the company's project calendar current.
• Coordinate the loading, unloading, and transport of equipment and materials using your truck.
• Photograph build-day progress and upload documentation to Company Cam and Roofr.
• Return unused materials to ABC Supply, ideally within 24 hours of project completion.
• Work with the Operations Manager to capture build-day content.

• Roofing experience and a strong working knowledge of roofing materials.
• Ability to read measurements and order materials accurately.
• Your own truck suitable for transporting equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly with installation crews and company staff.
• Strong organization and dependable follow-through.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and suppliers.
• Ability to handle the loading and unloading tasks associated with the role.

• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills to support communication with crews.

• $250 per project managed.
• The company currently reports managing approximately three to four roofing projects per week across its operations. Individual project assignments are not guaranteed and may vary. Compensation is $250 for each project assigned to and managed by the contractor
