Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated bilingual leasing professionals.



Job Description

The bilingual leasing professional is responsible for being the community's client service representative. Their primary duties are to greet clients, present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community, and properly secure lease agreements from qualified individuals.



Job Duties

• Greet prospective residents and answer their questions
• Have prospects complete an application and secure a deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Give apartment tours to prospective residents
• Follow up with prospects
• Assist current residents with general requests
• Communicate with the property manager and maintenance staff

Job Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write Spanish fluently
• Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and/or One Site)
• A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience
• Upbeat personality and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to diffuse conflict and solve problems
