Full-Time Adult Primary Care No Nights or Weekends
A well-established, privately owned primary care practice in the North Atlanta area is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity offering stability, strong patient demand, and true work-life balance.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient Only No hospital rounds, no weekends
- Flexible schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 admin day or 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 admin day
- Manageable patient volume: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour
- Adult Internal Medicine (18+) with focus on chronic disease management & preventive care
- Light shared call
- Paperless workflow with modern EMR, dictation tools, AI scribe support
Work Environment
- Strong clinical support team, including RN-led triage and prior auth management
- Robust referral network across major Atlanta health systems
- On-site diagnostics: ultrasound, DEXA, spirometry, EKG, and in-house lab
- Established patient demand quickly grow a full panel

Ideal Candidate
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- Active Georgia license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Interest in long-term practice growth and continuity of care
