We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing, physician-owned practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This opportunity is focused on adult primary care for patients ages 18+, providing preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management. The practice offers a collaborative environment, modern facilities, advanced technology, and opportunities for professional growth as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (18+)
- Manage preventive care, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions
- Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
- Participate in care team meetings and collaborative discussions
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Board Eligible candidates considered only if currently completing residency and able to pass boards before starting
- Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current DEA registration
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Productivity bonus based on personally performed services
