• Completion of a 40‑hour Director’s Training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Director in an early childhood education setting
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to approach challenging situations with professionalism and grace
• Warm, loving, and approachable demeanor with both families and children
