One year healthcare and insurance billing is preferred; certified pharmacy technician is a plus.

Gayco Healthcare is looking for a certified order entry technician responsible for entering prescriptions and refills into the pharmacy system with both speed and accuracy in order for customers to receive medications and medical supplies in a timely manner.

Certified order entry technicians work under the pharmacists  direct supervision.

• Inputs prescription orders for medicinal agents; oral, topical, parenteral, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicates with nurses at facilities concerning certain clarifications or requests.
• Knowledge and experience with Framework and Docu Track are a plus.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Must be computer literate with excellent keyboarding skills; good verbal and written communication skills; and strong math and analytical skills.
• Must be a licensed pharmacy technician with the State of Georgia and a certified pharmacy technician.

• Gayco Healthcare is open Monday through Saturday; certified order entry technician rotates opening, closing, and Saturdays.

Gayco Healthcare is looking for a customer service technician responsible for superior customer service to all Gayco Healthcare customers. This position answers multi-line phone, takes care of the callers  needs routing calls appropriately.

A customer service technician is a licensed pharmacy technician with the State of Georgia, who processes refill orders, researches orders, and sorts orders for distribution to other areas of the pharmacy. Knowledge and experience with Framework

LTC is a plus. Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred.
