Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

This contract position offers you the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with educators and families to deliver personalized care to a pediatric caseload.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure for Georgia or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and best practices in speech and language interventions
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms as well as on-site service delivery
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive educational team

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in close collaboration with school staff and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation to comply with state, federal, and district regulations
• Deliver therapy services in both traditional and virtual formats as required
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional growth opportunities
• Offer consultation and training to teachers and families to support best practices for student development
