Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Suwanee, GA

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of quoting, sourcing, and purchasing for client products and services, including maintaining license information for those products and services.

• Prepare all client quotes using MIS’ quoting System
• Maintain and update quoting system when applicable
• Maintain client license information using MIS’PSA tool (Connect Wise)
• Serve as the expert on MIS’ licensing stack
• Create and process purchase orders for products through MIS ‘PSA
• Work with resellers to maintain viable relationships
• Return defective equipment to manufacturers and vendors for replacement or refund
• Perform product research and help devise solutions for customers
• Research the market for the highest quality products at the lowest possible price
• Prepare reports regarding inventory, licensing, and costs
• Assist the receiving clerks with their duties and responsibilities as needed
• Understand the sales order process to prepare for receiving products processed through the purchasing process
• Coordinate with accounting on customer orders, renewals, invoices, and payments
• Understand process in Connect Wise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the Connect Wise University
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

Must Have

• 3+ years of procurement or related experience
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficient in general office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills and customer care
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to clearly document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
