Manufacturing Execution System – Solution Architect

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology or equivalent

• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience with Apriso MES Solution Design and Implementation
• Experience with MES Support, Upgrade, Implementation of Apriso based MES solutions
• Good Knowledge of manufacturing domains like Aero, CPG, Auto etc.
• Good knowledge and working experience in:
  • Apriso Production
  • Apriso Quality
  • Apriso Time & Labor
  • Apriso Warehouse
  • Apriso Maintenance
  • Apriso Process Builder, Machine Integrator, Archiving, Business Integrator
  • Apriso dashboard and MPI
• Integration experience with ERP, PLM and other peripheral Applications
• Integration experience with Plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, Historian
• Good knowledge and experience in:
  • Object Oriented programming
  • Java, C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server/ Oracle
  • CSS/HTML, AJAX, jQuery, JSON
• Good knowledge of SDLC phases and processes
• Strong communications skills, leadership skills managing team and dealing with end users and clients
• Strong skills on process governance and delivery governance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Application Support and life cycle management
• Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and results‑driven
• Complete ownership for delivering high quality output
• Good documentation skill set
• Knowledge of Manufacturing IT to Design, Implement, Test and Document MES Applications

• Provide architectural guide and assist delivery teams tasked with producing optimal solutions for a given project
• Responsible for creating solution that balance the trade‑offs required to meet the specific needs of the project with those of the wider enterprise architecture
• Manage team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a project
• Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives
• Assist management in the development of design policies and procedures which improve the ability to meet product system requirements
