Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Junior Analyst, SAP-OTC in Suwanee, GA.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Analyst, SAP-OTC focuses on supporting the SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, documentation, and user support. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and other analysts to ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment and gain exposure to large-scale SAP projects and cross-functional business initiatives.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS
  • Assist in collecting and documenting business needs from stakeholders through workshops and interviews. Analyze existing OTC processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help configure and customize SAP SD/OTC modules to meet business requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Participate in testing activities, including creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
  • Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
  • Maintain business process documentation, user feedback, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaborate on complex issues.
  • Perform daily system monitoring to identify and resolve issues with batch jobs, inbound processing, and other transactions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for various Company meetings and training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with SAP SD/OTC modules as key user or as functional lead is required. SAP certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes including but not limited to Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Rebates, etc.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality solutions within scope and timeline in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to design solutions that balance efficiency, performance, security, and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new concepts and tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, designing, developing, testing, and deploying system solutions to fulfill business requirements required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • This is a hybrid position with structured in-office days and limited remote flexibility based on business needs, with specific schedule set by the manager in alignment with team need.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $58,656 and $80,300 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
