Customer Delivery Associate at Ewing Outdoor Supply

4789 S. Atlanta Rd., Suwanee, GA Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour

Provide excellent customer service at our Suwanee branch and fulfill both delivery and warehouse responsibilities. The role requires flexibility, physical stamina for lifting 50‑70 lb, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Engage customers, greet and direct them, and provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after‑sales services.
• Answer customer questions, answer price and feature comparisons, and facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Cross‑sell products and inform customers of discounts and special offers.
• Manage merchandise returns and keep racks fully stocked.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
• Deliver items to multiple addresses following routes and schedule; load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Ask for feedback on services and resolve client complaints.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

• Customer‑service orientation with ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Basic math skills and excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Physical readiness for repetitive tasks such as stooping, squatting, and lifting.
• Comfortable operating a delivery vehicle (Isuzu NRR 650 or similar).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 0 years of experience; prior retail or green‑industry experience preferred but not required.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual in English/Spanish and forklift operation experience.
